Liked our stay, had great 1 day overall. New-fashioned, neat room with tea making facilities, everything was perfectly fine. The location was handy, close to Stadthaus Kloten.

I was pleased with the location and airport shuttle service provided by the hotel. However, I was worried about the quality of the shuttle service after reading a previous review. I am happy to report that the shuttle arrived on time and the driver was professional. I would recommend Welcome Inn for its convenient location and reliable shuttle service.

This hotel was practical in every respect, had efficient staff on the reception desk. Thoroughly enjoyed easy check-in and easy check-out.

Enjoyed the place, had a good stay for 2 nights. I asked for single room with a safe, central heating and an electronic key card, it was recently refurbished.

Dirty bathroom, and the breakfast was expensive.

I stayed at Hotel Welcome Inn for 3 days to wait and meet our cousin before heading to our destination hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the train station and nearby cities. The hotel staff, especially Phuon at the reception, were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was good and the free shuttle to the airport was a great convenience. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this 3-star hotel and would rate it a 10.

The place is fairly clean and quiet little. Modest units and gorgeous stuff. A short way from most sightseeings, the location is best possible right by restaurants, local train station.

Would definitely come back when in Kloten, it was a REALLY NICE stay.

Staff were superfriendly, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. And it was near to the train station. Service was really good, that made the hotel gorgeous place.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the lack of variety in the breakfast options. There were not enough fresh vegetables available, and there were no vegetarian or vegan options like soy milk.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the value for money was exceptional. Despite being conveniently located just a 10-minute journey from Zurich airport, the prices were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. From the basic amenities to the rooms with their very comfy beds, everything was well thought out with no-nonsense modern decor. The variety of international TV channels and strong Wi-Fi were added bonuses, ensuring we were well entertained and connected. Lastly, the breakfast, although not included, was a delightful surprise. Vegetarians, like myself, were pleased to find a selection of fresh fruit and quality items to start the day just right.
